It would be very helpful to have a letter from former Substation members and those wishing to become members, giving me permission to represent them at mediation.

As a member (or “former” member) of the Hobsons Bay Community Arts Centre Inc. Or as a person wanting to become a member of The Substation Inc. I approve of Darren Williams representing me at the mediation session with representatives of the committee of the Substation Inc. to be conducted at the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria.

• to work through a process to open membership to the wider community to ensure good governance practices, transparency and accountability of The Substation Inc. Board and management.
